The recently acquired co-op is undergoing renovations for its three existing bathrooms and laundry room. Each bathroom is in need of a comprehensive overhaul, including both gut renovations and plumbing upgrades. While these bathrooms have similar layouts, they will feature different finishes.

• Bathroom [A] will receive a new tiled floor and a partially tiled shower.
• Bathroom [B] will feature a new tiled floor, a fully tiled shower, wood paneling up to wainscotting level, and wallpaper above the wainscotting level.
• Bathroom [C] will have a new tiled floor, a fully tiled shower, and a reglazed existing cast iron tub.
• The laundry room will require new plumbing and electrical work for the washer and dryer. Additionally, it will include new custom millwork to optimize storage and new hardwood flooring.
