J&N Remache's Studio is the design half of our design-build firm — a full-service practice serving apartments, brownstones, offices, retail, and hospitality venues across NYC and Brooklyn. We take projects from the first sketch to final walkthrough under one roof, so you deal with one team instead of juggling an architect, designer, expediter, and general contractor.
Most NYC owners lose months — and real money — because their design package, DOB filings, and contractor are not on the same page. We close that gap. Our in-house designers draft the space, our project managers file with DOB, and our own crews build it.

- DOB Filing, Permits & Approvals — Alteration Type II, LAA, sign-offs, and co-op / condo board approvals. We file so you do not have to learn the code.
- Project Management — schedule, trades, and client communication, end to end.
- Construction & Custom Millwork — executed by our in-house crews and fabrication shop.
